In some cases, access to private customer information is protected by the customer's account password. The customer is responsible for the security of their password.

Private customer information includes customer billing and account information, system logs, and customer files stored on our servers marked as publically unreadable.

nas.com may monitor customer data while performing system maintenance. In this case, monitoring is limited to the minimum required to do the maintenance.
