nas.com will not divulge private customer information to third parties without permission from the customer unless we are required to by law. In some cases, access to private customer information is protected by the customer's account password. The customer is responsible for the security of their password.

Private customer information includes customer billing and account information, system logs, and customer files stored on our servers marked as publically unreadable.

nas.com may monitor customer data while performing system maintenance. In this case, monitoring is limited to the minimum required to do the maintenance.

Certain information about your computer is automatically recorded when you visit this site. The information is only used for statistical purposes and tracking misuse of our site. It will not be shared with any third parties outside of nas.com under normal circumstances. If you are trying to abuse our site we may share the information with law enforcement and your ISP. Information collected is limited to: the date and time, your IP address, pages requested, browser version, and referring address (the page you came from before the one on this site).

Additional information may be recorded if you enter it into a form and submit the form. Forms currently available will send e-mail to the site administrator, webmaster, or create a support ticket. Information sent to any of these recipients will be used for the purpose intended (comment, feedback or support).
