Managed Server Hosting
A managed server is a dedicated machine configured specially for you and operated by experienced nas.com staff. Like co-location, it sits in our air-conditioned, multihomed server room plugged directly into our etherswitch and battery-backed power supply. Like co-location, it's a totally separate machine, unable to have its performance or security compromised by other customer's services. Unlike co-location, however, you don't have to do the work of setting up and running a machine yourself. If you like, you can specify the operating system and applications, but we can even choose those for you based on the requirements.
